Return and Refund

Once order placed can not be canceled.
We do no except returns.

Product colour may vary due to different lighting conditions.
In case you receive a damaged product the company needs to be notified within 12 hours.
While opening the pakacge you should make a 360 deegre vedio a the time of unboxing.
We request you to share the unboxing video with us.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
The amount will be refunded to you within 10 - 15 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
